Prior to my tenure as a real estate agent, I met the public from in front of a TV camera. I spent 10 years as a television reporter in South Florida. Graduating from Florida Atlantic University, it was a natural career selection having earned a degree in Communications. I was a dedicated broadcast journalist, and my hard work paid off when I earned an Emmy Award for a piece I did for PBS. It is this same work ethic that I bring to my real estate career.
Away from the lime light, I maintain a happy and busy household. My daughter is an active high school student, beginning to investigate which college she would like to attend. Rounding out the family are our 3 pets: 2 Cocker Spaniels Katie and Angel and 1 cat Tommy, all rescue animals. My assessment of our small menagerie is, “…our lives would not be complete without them!”
Outside of work, I am very active. Mind, body and spiritual health are extremely important to me, which I pursue through hot yoga classes and retreats. Each trip is centered on renewal of spirit, refreshing activity and physical cleansing. On a grander scale, I am an avid snow skier. I have hit the slopes in Colorado, Utah and New Mexico and enjoy vacationing in the frosty mountainous West. I find sanctuary in quiet time spent away from the pressures of everyday life. And it’s then that I participate in one of my fervent passions, writing. Deep within, I harbor a novel waiting to be written.
A native of Florida, I have lived in the Delray Beach area for over 20 years. My knowledge and expertise of the area is vast. I am a licensed broker and appraiser. I am also an accredited buyer’s representative. Whether working with a buyer or seller, my goal is to give my clients “unparalleled customer service.”
